Refund/Cancellation Policy

Once completed and placed, your order is immediately put into production. Cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted after 24 hours. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order and shipping information before it was submitted. For orders canceled within 24 hours, there will be a 10% cancelation fee for all canceled orders. Please allow up to 2 business day for the cancelation of you order.

All sales are final, but we will be happy to replace products that were damaged during transit. We do not allow exchanges or returns for items that do not fit. Please check the size chart in the listing to ensure you order the proper size.

If your order is not 100% free from defects in materials, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or refund. Please be sure to check your order as soon as you receive it, and contact us within 2 business days if there is an issue with your order.

 

Wholesale return policy: All wholesale returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. We do not accept returns on custom spirit wear tees or state tees. 

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS. If you need an order by a certain date please message me first to make sure I can meet the deadline and if expedited shipping is necessary. All items are shipped within 1-2 weeks.
